We at TESOLMentor would like to welcome you to taking what will be a great step forward in your life.  Teaching English abroad is without a doubt one of the greatest adventures imaginable where it is truly possible to Leverage Geography to Create Wealth in Your Life!!  This is certainly no idle claim as you are about to be guided by none other than a Certified TESOL Teacher who is in his 12th Successful Year of Teaching English abroad.  Mind you, I’ll soon be entering my 13th year very soon.  Again, we welcome you to our program and we’ll be guiding you to success each and every step of the way.

Teaching is a challenging and a difficult profession at the same time.  You’ll be in charge of perhaps several hundred (or 1200 as I am as of this writing) students who will need to be led and managed in a systematic fashion.  This will require training, training, and, of course, more training.  The primary focus of the program at TESOLMentor will be to focus upon the training you’ll need to succeed and hit the ground running.

Our Training Regimen

Our training will focus upon the necessary theory, overall classroom management, and nuts and bolts of teaching that comes direct from the Training Course!  Virtually everything you’ll come across through the course of this course is direct from THE SOURCE!!  Everything you see is from an accredited program with a strong track history, as well as drawing from experiences throughout my own TESOL career.

We at TESOLMentor do not state in any way whatsoever that our course is meant to be a substitute for an actual and accredited training course, which it is not!!

You will have to take a certified and accredited Teacher Training Class prior to even going into the classroom.  Training makes you more effective, employable, and marketable. You’ll bring value to your school and yourself with a certificate from a reputable, registered, and legitimate Teacher Training Course.  Stepping into a classroom as an untrained teacher is pretty much the same as going into a war zone with a water gun. This course will play a strong role in preventing such a situation.

YOU will know if you are untrained as you walk into a classroom.  Not only that, but your students, colleagues, and management will also know in short order.  We at TESOLMentor will go on the record to say that there’s no shortcut in so far as Teacher Training goes.

We’d also like to advise in the strongest possible terms against taking any kind of online TESOL Teacher Training classes!!   Don’t believe us??  Please read the following text directly from a recent job advertisement :  “….and absolutely no on-line courses will be considered.  We will fully verify and authenticate the TESOL credentials of each and every applicant.”  ‘Nuff said??!!
